2004 Northeast Top Prospect Showcase
Palmer is a 2004 RHP from Port Hope, ON, Can with a strong 6'2"/180 pound body. He throws from a 3/4 arm slot, crosses his body slightly, and hides the ball well. He has a fast, loose arm and is very deceptive. His fastball was 84 mph and he throws it inside effectively. He throws a big 11-5 CB at 66 mph and a change-up at 74 mph with good run and sink. He also fields his position well. He's a good student and Josh is capable of helping many college programs.
