Luing has a lean athletic build, 3/4 arm slot, balanced delivery, good command of fastball and curveball, fastball shows sink and consistently throws it in the lower part of the zone, curveball has good 11/5 spin on it with solid break and depth, projects on the mound, hits from a slightly open stance, smooth swing with good balance and extension, makes consistent contact with best contact to pull side, defensively, good feet and actions, comes through ball nicely, outstanding student.
