2003 Sunshine West Showcase
Suiter is a good looking 2005 Left-hander with a higher than 3/4 arm slot and good stuff on the mound. He does not have over-powering velocity on his fastball yet. But the 80-83 mph speed he showed had late movement across the plate and he kept his pitches low. He also showed a nice 70 mph curveball and mixed the pitches well going after every batter. With the bat he also showed some ability by generating good bat-speed, hitting the ball hard in BP and then taking that swing to the games with good results. One 75 mph curveball he hit off a top pitcher was very impressive. He is a good young athlete with pitchability and projectability ! Keep a close eye on him. Good student.
