Erin Hawk is a 2011 RHP/MIF with a 5-5 135 lb. frame from Augusta, GA who attends Aquinas HS. Small well proportioned build. Simple delivery, high 3/4's release point, arm works well, repeats delivery. Upper 70's fastball, topped at 80 mph, mostly straight, curveball has good bite and shape, nice feel for fading change up, mixes pitches well, throws strikes and works ahead, advanced pitchability. Shows his athleticism in the middle infield, good balance, quick clean actions, good feet, some arm strength. Contact approach at the plate, only area where lack of size/strength affects him. Good student.
