Scott Frazier is a 2010 OF/P/1B with a 6'4'', 200 lb. frame from Upland, CA who attends Upland HS. Long angular athletic body, very good strength potential. Two-way prospect. Prototype RF tools, very good arm strength, very accurate/clean throws, good agility and range, runs nice routes. Busy hitting approach, long lofted swing with excellent bat speed, has power upside. Very impressive on mound, FB to 91 mph in the dome, deep arm circle, H 3/4's release, throws with leverage, quick loose arm, nice feel for change up, curveball still developing. Split on best potential, RHP or RF? Draft prospect both ways. Excellent student, verbal to Pepperdine.
