Michael Bakula is a 2006 first baseman from Fresno, California, with an athletic build at 6'3", 185 lbs., and well proportioned throughout. Bakula handled himself well at first base, and got himself in position to get the good hops often, and showed plus footwork to maneuver around the bag. He ran the 60 very well for a big guy, and showed solid body control and an aggressive style to hitting. Bakula should be a middle of the order hitter with good bat speed and raw power to put up some offensive numbers. He's very athletic with a great baseball body, so the sky is the limit for this 06.
