Lazier is a 6'4"/180 pound RHP/1B from Fall River, MA with a tall, lean frame. He throws slightly across his body with his 3/4 arm slot, has a high leg kick and showed good balance. He has good run on his 78 mph fastball, and threw his 10-4 CB at 68 mph. He also showed a slider at 71 mph and a change-up at 71 mph with good sink at times. He has good command of all his pitches, and can hit spots effectively. Defensively, he showed good range at 1B and was an accurate 76 mph across the infield. At the plate, he showed an aggressive approach to the ball while his big frame projects LH power potential. Arthur is a good student.
