Mitch Adams is a 2008 3B/SS/2B with a 6'1'', 195 lb. frame from Greensburg, Indiana, who attends Greensburg High School. Adams has a mature build with present strength in his body. He has good athleticism for his size and runs well underway. Defensively he has gliding actions on the infield showing the ability to get to many balls. His hands work well allowing him to make the routine play. At the plate he is a left handed hitter who sits in his stance with good balance. He has a simple swing with a good approach. Adams has good bat speed through the hitting zone with the ability to get to the inside fastball. He gets good leverage at the point of contact showing strength in his swing and projectable power. Adams has good hand strength to muscle balls as well, and he projects as a middle of the order hitter with power potential. He is a good student as well.
