Perry Silverman is a 2006 outfielder/right handed pitcher from Delray Beach, FL with a very athletic body at 6-0, 180 lbs. Defensively, he has good actions and he comes through the ball well with an advanced set-up. He has quick feet and he shows good range with a quick first step. He has a very strong arm at 86 mph with good carry. He is very athletic and he ran a 6.80 in the 60. He hits from a balanced stance with quick hands and a short compact stroke. He drives through the ball with very good bat speed and a line drive swing plane. He pitches from a 3/4 slot with solid effortless mechanics and a fast arm. His fastball tops at 85 mph with good run and sink. His curveball shows good depth and break at 71 mph. He is a solid player with good tools and he is a high level prospect with good 2-way potential at the next level. Perry is a very good student.
