Michael Tolerton is a 2012 LHP/1B with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Paris, OH who attends Marlington HS. Tall slender build, long arms, projects well. Leg raise/back turn delivery, deep arm action, varies release point 3/4's to low 3/4's, loose arm with some whip in it. Consistent low 80's fastball, topped at 83 mph, occasional sinking action. Breaking ball changes shape according to release point, good spin/depth from high curveball release point, slider type sweep from lower, nice change up with fading action. Feel still developing but has all the pitches and projects with added strength.
