2003 Northeast Top Prospect Showcase
Gallugi is an "04" OF who can hit. At 5'9/175 he is not a big player but he shows lots of strength. He's not a burner. But he runs the bases and plays the field very well. He has enough arm strength to play the outfield. His best tool by far is the bat. He has nice loose, quick hands that create very good bat speed. He looked good in BP and in the games. He could get a bit more backside into his swing, but the ball jumps off the wood and he has power potential. Richard is an excellent student.
