Bryan Pieschel is a 2012 2B/OF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Stamford, CT who attends Westhill. Long, lean build with room to fill. Defensive tools project well to second base. Read hops well and surrounds the ball. Short arm action with a quick release. Athleticism will also play in the outfield. Slightly open stance at the plate. Does a good job of closing up. Lots of pre-swing movement. Aggressive approach with a loose swing with solid bat speed. Swing plane works and swing projects to gain more pop as additional strength is gained.
