Tyler Martin is a 2014 C/1B with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Acworth, GA who attends North Cobb HS. Strong thick physical build. Very good arm strength behind the plate, accurate throws with limited gain towards his target, can get on his toes more for better footwork, 2.01 best pop time, tools to keep improving. Right handed hitter, calm balanced swing approach, low hand start, simple quick path to the ball, good bat speed and strength at contact, ball comes off the barrel very hard, very good hitting tools. Excellent student.
