Overbeek has a solid frame, build projects, hits from a slightly open stance, hits to all fields, stays inside baseball, shows good bat speed, aggressive approach, line drive swing plane, makes adjustments in games, defensively, good feet and INF actions, circles ball well, quick release, shows leadership by taking charge of INF during games, also pitches, 3/4 slot, long arm action, deceptive, curveball shows 11/5 spin, fastball has good tailing action, pitches to contact, he is also a good student.
