Kenneth Chapman is a 2012 RHP/1B with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Pomona, CA who attends Claremont HS. Tall slender frame, room to get stronger. Simple leg raise delivery, tall and fall pitching style, stays directional, compact arm, high 3/4's release point. Mid 80's fastball, topped out at 86 mph, mostly straight. Good spin on curveball, curveball has some depth but tends to slow arm on release. Nice change up with proper arm speed, good sink/fade, might be his best pitch. Can mix better until he learns better fastball movement. Projects and has three present pitches.
