Nathan Greve is a 2013 LHP/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Cedar Rapids, IA who attends Linn Mar HS. Smaller slender build, good body life. Big leg raise delivery, gets turned well, maintains balance, drop and drive to the plate, long loose arm action, repeats mechanics. 4-seam fastball at 84-85 mph, turns over 2-seamer at 81-82 with good life, pounds the bottom of the zone with fastballs. Big breaking slider, hard spin, tends to be flat but good size and location, rare change up. Throws nothing above the waist. Chance to be very effective with continued development. Good student.
