Colin McCall is a 2011 RHP with a 6-5 190 lb. frame from Orange, CA who attends El Modena HS. Long and slender build, projectable body. Balanced delivery, stays tall and throws downhill, 3/4's arm slot, loose arm, repeats delivery well. Consistent 78-80 mph fastball, good sink down in the zone, threw strikes and worked ahead in the count, short break on slider with proper velocity/release, showed arm side run on change up, change a bit firm at times. Worked quickly and was very effective. Sound fundamental pitcher who will improve with more physical strength.
