Sylvester is a 2004 OF/RHP from Bratford, ON, Can with a 5'11"/165 pound frame. He showed to be a good athlete in the outfield, while using his 7.08 60 yd speed to track balls in the outfield. He topped out at 84 mph from the outfield with good accuracy and carry. He is a pull-hitter while consistently hitting hard line drives and hard groundballs in batting practice and in games. He makes solid contact and he has above average bat control. On the mound, he throws from a 3/4 arm slot and hides the ball well. His fastball topped out at 77 mph as he threw slightly across his body. He also throws a 11-5 CB at 64 mph. He can play and Ben is a very good student.
