Joe Palladino is a 2012 MIF/3B, OF with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from West Chester, PA who attends Bayard Rustin. Medium build with strength in lower half. Versatile player who worked out at IF and OF. Short, choppy steps on the infield with hands that field cleanly. Quick release on throws with accuracy and average arm strength. Gets to balls in the outfield. Slow release with average arm strength in the outfield from an over the top slot. At the plate, bat waggle start with solid, repeatable swing mechanics. Handsy swing at times but has good contact skills. Line drive swing with pop in his bat. Will benefit from better use of lower half. Excellent student.
