Xaiver Sundman is a 2014 MIF/RHP with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Edmond, OK who attends Edmond Santa Fe. Sundman has a medium sized frame with a lean athletic build. He has good defensive actions on the infield with good hands. He moves to the baseball well and shows athleticism and body control on the infield. He's got some arm strength with an easy arm action. At the plate, Sundman starts with a slightly open stance with a toe tap trigger to start his swing. He swings on a line drive plane and has a quiet approach at the plate. He made good contact from gap to gap with some pop. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with simple mechanics and throws an 11/5 curve ball for strikes. Very good student.
