Raylen Elzy is a 2014 OF/C with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Stone Mountain, GA who attends Stephenson HS. Tall low waisted build, lean and lanky with room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, crouched stance, tends to step out during swing, arm bar start from a deep hand set creates length, swings hard and is aggressive, spray line drive contact. 7.41 runner, loose long arm action, on line accurate throws. Also pitched, 3/4's extended arm action, loose arm coming through, mid 80's fastball topped out at 86 mph, some spin on 70 mph curveball. Graded out higher as a pitcher at this event.
