Eric Meyer is a 2012 MIF/3B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Frankfort, KY who attends Franklin County. Loose, projectable body with room to fill. Good hands and actions during workout at SS. Also shows the ability to play 2B and 3B. Effort in throws but showed solid average arm strength and good carry. Passive approach at the plate, stays back well. Long swing with a line drive plane. Swing mechanics are simple and repeatable. Does a good job of taking his hands to the ball and hits the ball to all fields. Swing and body project well. Good student.
