David Stinson is a 2015 OF/LHP with a 5-10 167 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends Grayson HS. Medium, athletic build with room to add strength. Ran a 6.99 60 yard dash. Bats left-handed, works from a spread stance and gets good extension in his swing. Stays short to the ball in hits line drives in game action. Shows a strong outfield arm and good carry. Stays consistently online and may have project for more arm strength. Also took the mound, reaches 81 mph from a three-quarter arm slot. Uses a high leg lift and generates good sink out of a loose arm action. Easy mechanics and the ball comes out well. Flashes depth on his 11-5 curveball at 69 mph. Also mixed a well spotted changeup. Excellent student.
