Travis Holden is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Advance, NC who attends West Forsyth. Tall athletic build, room to fill. Pitches from three quarter arm slot, long arm action. Good feel for mid-upper 70s changeup with fading action, sharp 11-5 breaking curveball. Spins off mound on followthrough, fastball tails, threw a lot of strikes, good pitchability. High hand set, direct swing path, quick hands, line drive swing plane, consistent hard contact, looks to pull, solid bat speed, good extension. Long stride on OF throws, long arm action, comes out well, accurate throws with carry. Solid two-way player. Good student.
