Harvey is an "04" OF with tools. At 6'0/175 he looks and is very athletic. He's still pretty raw but he can really run and his arm plays. He's a base stealer at the next level as he has excellent instincts. He shows big time hitting ability but once again he is raw with his talent. He has all the hitting tools and really competes in the batters box. He does have some flaws and a good hitting instructor would have a field day with Harvey. He hit the ball hard off a 90 mph fastball and he used the field. He has a chance to be very very good. Spencer is an excellent student.
