Charcer Burks is a 2013 MIF/3B with a 5-11 163 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Travis HS. Medium build with room to fill out. Very good athlete. Quick twitch player with very good actions on the infield. Comes in well on ball and showed he could play in the middle of the field and at 3B during games. Solid arm action with good accuracy and carry. Good looking swing at the plate. Attacks the ball out front. Easy path to the ball with loose swing actions and bat speed. Line drive swing plane with consistent contact. Top of the order hitter. Likes to run. Very good baserunner. Named to Top Prospect Team.
