Michael Scagnelli is a 2012 3B/1B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Ocean, NJ who attends Ocean Township. Medium build with present strength and some room to fill. Good defensive tools on the infield. Feet are quick and move to the ball well and hands field cleanly with smooth actions. Transfer is good and arm strength is average and will play at infield positions with quick release. Solid approach at the plate with good balance and leverage in his swing. Strength in hands and also shows all fields approach with good contact skills. Good student.
