Fabian Barcena is a 2015 MIF/3B with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends John Marshall HS. Very young look, developing strength. Right handed hitter, same sound hitting approach as his brother Willie, hands tight and short to the ball, gets coiled, loose swing extension out front, handles the barrel, will improve with additional strength. Smooth defensive actions, quick easy release at second base, soft hands, arm strength and foot quickness still developing.
