Jordan Niehaus is a 2013 C with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Clive, IA who attends Waukee Senior. Medium athletic build with present strength and more room to fill out and add strength. Behind the plate, gains ground with feet, gets out in front of plate. Quick transfer, tight arm action in release. Throws are online, keeps arm action short. Right handed hitter, no load, tight hands on approach. Short swing, stays inside the ball and goes to right field well. Has strength in hands and flashes raw pop. Good student.
