Wyatt Marks is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Lafayette, LA who attends St Thomas More HS. Looks the part, tall athletic well proportioned build with loose present strength. Pitches from a three quarter arm slot with a short arm action. Crossfire delivery creates deception for the hitter, projectable arm action, pitches aggressively with hard spinning breaking ball which varies between curveball and slider shapes, showed good feel for the pitch. Threw a lot of strikes and changed speeds well, located secondary stuff frequently enough to pitch backwards effectively. Flashed power with the bat as well, though future likely is on the mound. Verbal commitment to Louisiana-Lafayette.
