Malcolm Lewis is a 2012 SS/OF/RHP with a 6-1 172 lb. frame from Toronto, ON who attends Westdale S.S. Lean and athletic with lots of room to fill. Showed quick feet and loose athleticism. Solid feel for shortstop position, good agility, long arm action with more velocity to come. Raw defensive player with good physical tools, projects for improvement. Left-handed hitter, aggressive approach, hits ball out front, uppercut swing plane with line drive middle of the field contact. Simple pitching mechanics with leg raise delivery. Over the top release, curveball shows spin.
