2004 Underclass National Showcase
Tyler Carroll -- Carroll is a right handed hitting outfielder from Virginia. He has a pull approach at the plate with some aggressiveness in his swing and made good contact in game situations. Carroll’s quickness on the field surpasses his speed underway, as we got him at 4.40 on a ground ball he beat out to shortstop. The 7.38 on the extra slow track was a good time though.. He’s a very good student and he has a great feel for the game.
