Mueller is a junior left handed hitting outfielder from Wisconsin who hits and throws from the left side. His best tool right now is his speed. Mueller is a 6.94 runner in the 60 and has good range in centerfield. Mueller hits out of a closed stance with an inside out contact oriented swing. More strength will definitely help him at the plate but he showed the ability to manipulate the bat head and make contact on different types of pitches. Mueller also filled in for a couple of innings on the mound, getting 6 straight outs by throwing strikes with a 68 mph fastball and 61 mph curveball. He is a very good student.
