Tyson Sandlin is a 2005 outfielder from Peachtree, Georgia with a medium build and slender features at 5 ft. 9 160 pounds. He has a level swing, and is short to the ball with some extension. He is a line drive hitter showing power to the pull side. He showed very good athleticism with a 6.85 in the 60, and a 4.32 home to first. He is a smart base runner, and will steal a lot of bases. He has a long, sling style arm action. He showed decent arm strength at 81 mph from the outfield. He has quick feet and can cover a lot of ground. Tyson is a good student with potential to play at a high college level.
