Wade Roush is a 5'8", 2005 outfielder from Sardinia, OH, who appears taller than his listed height. He has good upper body strength and generated some good bat speed with wood and showed some gap to gap power potential. Roush has high hands in his set up and a long stride, which creates some length in his swing, but it looks like he has some serious potential as a hitter. Roush showed some good arm strength from the outfield during workouts and also pitched a couple of innings, topping out at 77 mph with his fastball. He is quicker than his 60 time would dictate and he has nice hands in the field.
