Colin Rieger is a 2015 2B/RHP, OF with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Pennsville, NJ who attends Pennsville Memorial. Lean, athletic build with long limbs and room to fill out. Still very young. Ran a 7.10 60 yard dash. Arm strength is still developing in the infield, makes on-line throws with a short arm action. Needs to charge the ball, but his hands work well. Bats right-handed, works from an upright setup. Shows some quickness in his bat, and has a line drive swing path. Holds his hands low and uses a toe tap trigger. Has some power potential down the road. Also took the mound, works from a compact delivery, and touches 75 mph with his fastball. Has a three-quarter release point, could get more extension. Also flashes a 12-6 curveball at 58 mph, needs to be tightened up. Attacks the strike zone. Very good student.
