Breonn Pooler is a 2016 RHP/SS with a 6-0 168 lb. frame from Huntsville, AL who attends Sparkman HS. Medium athletic build, middle infield look physically. On line delivery with good core and lower half use, high leg lift, good arm speed, loose and clean arm action to a 3/4's release point, repeats his delivery well, some effort at release. Fastball to 89 mph, gets good life down in the zone, tends to flatten up in the zone, shows good command especially to the glove side. Curveball had quality spin to it, late bite with good 11/5 depth, has feel for throwing strikes with it. Rare change up but maintained arm speed well. Has an idea how to pitch and two solid pitches he can throw for strikes. Good student.
