Ty Buck is a 2015 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Red Wing, MN who attends Red Wing HS. Extra strong broad shouldered build. Two way prospect. Right handed hitter, busy late hand load impacts timing, long swing with good bat speed and very good raw power, loose extension out front, ball jumps hard when squared, will square up more with better timing and load. 7.14 runner, moves very well for his size, fields out front with soft hands, long loose arm action with carry and accuracy from third base. Ceiling might be higher on the mound. Compact arm action with a high 3/4's release, gets downhill well, hides the ball, fast arm coming through. Fastball topped out at 90 mph, mostly straight, occasional arm side running action. Primary fastball pitcher but showed flashes with his curveball and change up, has shown a very good change up in the past. Will improve in all areas with more high level repetitions.
