Joe Sheridan is a 2016 LHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Oviedo, FL who attends Hagerty HS. Medium athletic build, broad shoulders, has some present strength with more to come. 3/4's arm slot, loose and easy arm action, balanced delivery, some crossfire look when he doesn't fully rotate his lower half, has some deception in his mechanics. Mid-80's fastball, topped out at 88 mph, good arm side running action at times. Big sweeping curveball with good bite and spin, turns over a nice change up with fading action. Mixes his pitches well and has the ability to miss barrels. Holds runners on and can field his position. Polished southpaw who should continue to improve his raw stuff and overall command and has steadily improved his whole high school career. Very good student, verbal commitment to Central Florida.
