Joseph Dimaline is a 2014 LHP/1B with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Churchill. Has a good athletic frame with a strong build. He pitches from a low 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action and a good live arm that works. He has good tempo on the mound with a good mound presence and he throws downhill. Gets good arm side run on his fastball which he complements with his slider that he throws for strikes at any time in the count. Has good actions at first base with a strong accurate arm and a good glove with good foot work around the bag. Takes an aggressive swing at the plate with bat speed is a gap to gap hitter with pop.
