Thomas Weber is a 2014 C/RHP with a 6-5 195 lb. frame from Mt. Vernon, IL who attends Mt Vernon. Weber has a large frame with a strong projectable build. Defensively he showed good catch and throw tools with arm strength up to 79 MPH. Weber has solid footwork with quick transfers and release. He has good carry on his throws with good accuracy. Weber receives well and moves well to block balls. At the plate, he starts with a balanced stance with a bat wiggle pre load. He gets loaded well and generates bat speed. He has a rotational approach with no weight shift in his swing. Weber has good strength and leverage in his swing and the ball comes off his bat well. He showed some power with more power potential in there. Weber pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a shorter arm action. He has raw arm strength on the mound with slight run on his fastball.
