Kyle Wade is a 2014 RHP with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Chino Hills, CA who attends Chino Hills HS. Solid athletic build with good present strength. Well paced side step/leg raise delivery, easy fluid arm swing, 3/4's arm slot, loose arm out front. Very steady mid-80's fastball, mostly straight, will have to work on developing fastball movement. Change up best secondary pitch, uses with confidence, mostly straight as well but will occasionally lower slot and get nice run/sink. Tends to drop elbow and slot on curveball with twisty soft spin. Mixes all his pitches and throws strikes and has an idea how to pitch. Key will be developing some movement on his fastball/change up, lower slot might work well for him. Good student.
