Hunter Tielke is a 2017 OF/RHP with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Desert Vista HS. Tall, strongly built, lean frame with solid athleticism. Ran a 7.31 60 yard dash. Shows solid outfield arm strength and has a long, fluid arm action. Moves well through the ball. Has a pitcher's arm action. Bats right-handed, works from a low hand set and has looseness in his swing. Flashes good bat speed and barrel accuracy. Shows strength and lift. Gets good extension and ball comes off his bat well. Also took the mound, topped at 79 mph from a three-quarter arm slot. Stays balanced and repeats his delivery. Also mixes a 67 mph curveball with 11-5 depth. Mixes a 71 mph changeup. Very good student.
