Joe Meli is a 2014 C/ with a 5-11 195 lb. frame from Londonerry, NH who attends Bishop Guertin. Medium, strong build, looks the part behind the plate. Shows clean throwing mechanics from behind the plate and keeps himself under control. Makes accurate throws, arm strength is still developing. Bats right-handed, works from a balanced setup, stays on his back leg and holds his back elbow high. Has big power potential and hits hard line drives to all fields. Good approach and has impressive bat speed. Good student.
