Paul Regan is a 2014 RHP/3B with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Wrentham, MA who attends Xaverian Brothers. Very tall, projectable frame with good athleticism. Works from a full windup and releases from a high three-quarter arm slot. Stays on top and pitches downhill. Arm action is long and clean, and his fastball tops at 80 mph. Flashes an 11-5 curveball that has some depth at 65 mph, needs to be tightened up a little. Also will show a changeup at 68 mph. Finishes his pitches well and works in the zone. Also swung the bat, hits from an upright stance and shows a sound opposite field approach. Flashes good bat speed. Very good student.
