Daniel Ramos is a 2016 SS/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Miramar, FL who attends City Of Hialeah Education Academy. Medium frame, broad shoudered, athletic build with room to fill out. Primary shortstop, solid actions, moves well to ball with advanced footwork and good range. Soft hands, smooth funnel, quick release with whippy arm-action, solid arm strength. Right handed hitter, wide base with high back elbow. Medium leg lift trigger, solid timing and balance throughout swing. Solid coordination with lower half, shows feel for barrel in line-drive swing path, works from gap to gap.
