Kevin Santiago is a 2015 SS/2B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Patillas, PR who attends Rafaelina E. Lebrón Flores. Medium athletic build, good wiry present strength. Switch-hitter, creates bat speed from both sides but more from the right side, calm approach from the right side with a leg raise trigger, stays balanced and explodes his hands, fast hands and the ball jumps hard off the barrel. Less fluid left handed with less balance, hands still work, will flash pull pop but more a slashing swing. 7.08 runner, moves easily in the infield, good angles and paths to the ball, quick hands, has good arm strength with carry, plays with confidence. Good student.
