Cameron Burns is a 2016 SS/RHP with a 6-4 173 lb. frame from Marysville, WA who attends HS. Tall lanky build, lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, spread bent knee stance, late pull back load, short swing path for his size, hits from above the ball, mid field line drive approach, has some barrel whip and bat speed that will just keep improving with strength, solid overall hitting approach. 7.29 runner, has soft hands in the infield, moves well to his left and charging the ball, quick release, throws have more carry than drill velocity shows, young actions but shows potential. Also pitched, over the top arm slot with a compact arm action in back, works downhill. Fastball topped out at 74 mph with good running life, soft curveball.
