Tyler Paige is a 2017 SS/2B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Westminster Christian. Paige has a medium sized frame with an athletic build with wiry strength. Defensively he stays low to the ball and has a high motor. Paige plays through the ball well and has good infield actions. He has athleticism and was impressive when charging the ball on the slow roller. Paige has quick transfers with good arm strength up to 88 MPH. At the plate, Paige starts with a wide base and has some slight wrap. He is short to the baseball and has a handsy swing. Paige showed good feel for the barrel and made solid contact to all fields. He made solid line drive contact to the middle of the field and showed some extension in his swing. Good student.
