Christopher Nappi is a 2017 OF with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Pembroke Pines, FL who attends Pembroke Pines Charter HS. Small frame with a lean build and room to fill out. Sound approach to the ball in the outfield, feet play, sound defensive actions, clean transfer, long arm action on throws, showing some arm strength. On the mound works from a short, compact delivery, good hip rotation with a short arm action in back on a fastball that 75 mph. Right handed batter, stays balanced and uses a leg lift trigger for timing. Simple, repeatable mechanics, short compacts swing, quick bat, line drive swing plane, gets the barrel to ball nicely. Has the tools to develop with added strength. Good student.
